This is where I get to chime in with my personal thoughts! It is incredibly difficult to get me to step away from work and do this thing called “relaxing.” It just doesn’t tend to happen. I was very excited to receive a copy of the CD Me Time: Positive Day – Peaceful Night, because ever since launching this site (yes I am referring to Dealafina), I have been on edge to make it better, grow it faster, and each day I work while racing the ticking hands of the clock. So I will admit, I cheated while listening to her program – I worked! I’m sure that this isn’t the use she had in mind, but this CD is amazing. Within just a few minutes I was able to breathe deeper, felt myself relaxing, and was able to focus better on the specific task at hand, than on all the other things circling my mind and that never ending clock.
After listening for the purpose of the review, I immediately synched the CD to my iPhone so I will have it with me to be able to listen to it properly, first thing in the morning, and the last thing at night. Although it isn’t meant to be used as background music for work, I will be using it that way often!
