Aw Patrick, I'm sorry to hear that! I went back to SeoFlexMedia to see if they could tell me why. They said it would only work on new accounts. However, my account is not new, so I read through Facebook's FAQ about coupon codes.

This is what the FAQ says: "You can redeem your advertising credits when you create a new Facebook Ad or for an existing Facebook Ad campaign. Coupon credits, however, cannot be applied to charges you accrued before you added the coupon to your account. Only new charges will be deducted from the coupon."

I successfully added the code to an existing campaign. I wonder if there is some way to still make it work for you given the above?

Let me know if you do find a way that works for you!
